You can eat your way around the world this weekend without leaving Parliament Street.
An assortment of cuisines from Jamaican to Thai, Greek to Indian, will be available to sample during the York Taster Food Festival.
The little sister of September’s ten-day food jamboree, the taster fest still has loads of flavours to try.
There are food and cocktail demonstrations, hands on workshops, speciality tastings and the festival bars in St Sampson’s Square.
Meanwhile on Parliament Street, you can shop for fresh regional produce, and tuck in to original street food.
