It’s January again, and that time of year when everyone is talking about exercise. You can’t switch on the TV without an advert for a fitness DVD, or a daytime TV show promoting the latest exercise and diet regimes. Friends, family, and even random strangers, are all talking about their plans for getting fit and healthy. And to be honest, it’s driving me crazy!
I miss exercise so much. It was one of my greatest passions. I wasn’t someone who was naturally good at sports at school, but I discovered a love of fitness in my mid twenties. After my years of partying as a university student and socialising as a young professional, I then discovered that exercise made me feel good! So I set off on a path of health and wellbeing! It started off as a hobby, and then I decided to study fitness and nutrition, before qualifying as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
