Alessandro Venturi and Robin George this week opened up A’Roma Pasta Bar on Silver Street, next to Shambles Market.

They are determined to make no compromises, and their dishes – including carbonara, which originates from Rome – are the “real deal” says Alessandro.
“It’s an authentic way to experience a Roman meal,” Robin says.
